1. Product Management

• Purpose:
  Centralize all product-related details.

  an internal transfer.

3. Incoming Shipments (Receipts)

• Purpose:
  Track goods received from suppliers.

• Example:
  Receive 50 units from a vendor; the system automatically updates stock

4. Outgoing Shipments (Deliveries)

  stock and cost of goods sold (COGS) in Accounting.




• Example:

5. Internal Transfers

• Purpose:
  Move products within or between warehouses.

  movement between stock locations (e.g., Store → Warehouse).


• Maintain
  stock accuracy in all locations.

• Example:
  Move 10 laptops from the Central Warehouse to Branch Warehouse.

6. Reordering Rules

  Automate product replenishment.
